شناسایی عوامل موثر بر استفاده از روش‌های فعال تدریس توسط دبیـران تربیت بدنی استان ایلام

چکیده

مقدمه  و هدف: مطالعه ارتباط عوامل موثر بر بکارگیری روش‌های فعال تدریس به دلیل یادگیری اثربخش آن اهمیت زیادی دارد. از این رو تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین برخی از ویژگی‌های فردی دبیران تربیت بدنی استان ایلام با میزان استفاده از روش‌های فعال تدریس انجام شد.
روش شناسی : تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی – پیمایشی بود که به شکل میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دبیران تربیت بدنی (220نفر) استان ایلام بود، که طبق جدول مورگان تعداد 140نفر( 66 زن، 74 مرد) به صورت تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 53 سوال بود که روایی آن به تائید صاحب نظران رسید. پایایی آن نیز با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 89/0 بدست آمد. پس از تایید نرمال بودن داده‌ها(کولموگروف اسمیرنف)، از آمار توصیفی(جداول و نمودارها) و استنباطی ( تی مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ) برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها : بین برگزاری دوره‌های ضمن خدمت و همچنین مدرک تحصیلی دبیران با میزان به کارگیری روش‌های فعال تدریس رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود داشت. اما بین سابقه تدریس و میزان به کارگیری  این روش‌ها رابطه منفی و معنی داری وجود داشت. همچنین تفاوت معنی داری در میزان به کارگیری روش‌های فعال تدریس زنان و مردان مشاهده نشد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری : با توجه به ارتباط بین ویژگی‌های فردی دبیران با میزان استفاده از روش‌های فعال تدریس می‌توان گفت : توجه جدی به موارد یاد شده در افزایش به کار گیری این روش‌ها ضروری است.

Identification of effective factors on utilization of teaching active methods among Ilam Physical Education Teachers

Introduction & Purpose: Studying effective factors relation on  active methods utilization , due to explorative and effective learning  are so  important. So the aim of the present research  was , relationship between some of demographic characteristics with utilization of teaching active methods among Ilam Physical Education Teachers.
Methodology:In terms of purpose this research is applied and descriptive - survey which carried out the fieldwork. The statistical population consists of all Ilam province physical education teachers (220).Due to Morgan table 140 (66 female , 74 male)were randomly selected as the research sample. Data collection was performed  with researcher made  questionnaire(53 question) that its validity in terms of experts evaluated. Reliability, also is evaluated with cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.89.Data analyzed by descriptive( tables and graphs)and inferential statistics(T-test and Pearson correlation)after normalization test.
Result:There was positive significant relation  between in-service training courses and academic degree level with application of active methods.There was a significant negative relation between Teaching experience and application of active teaching methods. But there wasn’t significant difference between male and female  application of the active teaching methods.
Discussion and conclusion:According to relation between teachers characteristics with active teaching methods application,so for enhancing active teaching methods application, concentration on these factors is crucial
