تأثیرفرهنگ‌سازمانی بر میزان تعهد سازمانی مدیران ورزشی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: مقوله فرهنگ در عصر حاضر بیش‌از پیش مورد توجه اندیشمندان قرار گرفته و یکی از موضوعات بحث‌انگیز مجامع گوناگون بالأخص جوامع درحال‌توسعه است هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیرفرهنگ‌ سازمانی بر میزان تعهد سازمانی مدیران ورزشی است.
روش‌شناسی: طرح تحقیق در این پژوهش، توصیفی-همبستگی است و به شکل پیمایشی  انجام پذیرفته است. تعداد 60 پرسش‌نامه برای مدیران موردنظر ارسال گردید که 50 پرسش‌نامه تکمیل و برگشت داده شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از دو پرسش‌نامه استاندارد فرهنگ‌سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی مودای و همکاران(1979) استفاده شد. از رگرسیون دومتغیره، رگرسیون چندگانه و همبستگی پیرسون برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان می­دهد که فرهنگ‌سازمانی با تعهد سازمانی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین فرهنگ‌سازمانی بر تعهد سازمانی مدیران ورزشی تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد و تعهد سازمانی به ‌اندازه 7/55 درصد از متغیر فرهنگ‌سازمانی تأثیر پذیرفته است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، فرهنگ‌سازمانی، یکی از اثرگذارترین عوامل بر وفاداری و تعهد سازمانی مدیران ورزشی است، بنابراین می‌توان گفت که فرهنگ‌سازمانی به ‌عنوان یک عامل اساسی در توسعه سخت‌کوشی و فداکاری در میان کارکنان و مدیران است و باعث می‌شود که در افراد نوعی تعهد نسبت به عاملی به وجود بیاید که آن عامل بسی پیش از منافع شخصی است.
