مقایسه تاثیر تمرین ذهنی و تمرین بدنی در شرایط خستگی و غیرخستگی بر یادگیری برنامه حرکتی تعمیم یافته و پارامتر

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف:‌‌هدف این پژوهش، بررسی و مقایسه تاثیر تمرین ذهنی و تمرین بدنی در شرایط خستگی و غیرخستگی بر یادگیری برنامه حرکتی تعمیم یافته و پارامتر مهارت حرکتی تعقیبی است.
روش شناسی: 40 نفراز دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید بهشتی به صورت داوطلبانه در یک دوره سه جلسه‌ای به تمرین مهارت تعقیبی پرداختند و بعد از 48ساعت استراحت آزمون یادداری گرفته شد. از آزمون های تی وابسته، تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه و تحلیل واریانس عاملی 2*2 برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.
یافته ها: هر دو روش تمرین ذهنی و تمرین بدنی تحت شرایط خستگی و همچنین غیرخستگی یادگیری هردو جزء برنامه حرکتی و پارامتر مهارت تعقیبی را به صورت معنی‌داری افزایش می‌دهد(0.05>p). بین تاثیر تمرین ذهنی و تمرین بدنی به لحاظ اثرگذاری بر یادگیری برنامه حرکتی و پارامتر مهارت تعقیبی چه در شرایط خستگی و چه در شرایط غیرخستگی تفاوت معنی داری وجود ندارد(0.05p).
بحث: در شرایط غیرخستگی استفاده از تمرین بدنی و در شرایط خستگی استفاده از تمرین ذهنی مناسب می‌باشد. در شرایط خستگی از تمرین جزء پارامتر خود‌داری شود و تمرکز به سمت یادگیری جزء برنامه حرکتی معطوف گردد.
