مقایسه مؤلفه های مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی شرکت های ورزشی از دیدگاه دانشجویان تربیت بدنی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی به  تعهدات یک شرکت جهت سود رسانی به جامعه گفته می شود. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و مقایسه مؤلفه های مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی شرکت های ورزشی از دیدگاه دانشجویان تربیت بدنی انجام شد.
روش شناسی: جامعه آماری این تحقیق را دانشجویان دانشکده های تربیت بدنی دولتی سراسر کشور تشکیل می دادند که 353 نفر از آنان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند در دسترس و بر اساس جدول مورگان به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه استفاده شده توسط اسمیت و همکاران(2001) بود؛ که بطور متناوب در تحقیقات خارج از کشور مورد استفاده قرار گرفته بود. روایی صوری و محتوای این پرسشنامه توسط استادان متخصص تأیید شد و نتایج آزمون تحلیل عاملی تأییدی برای سوالات پرسشنامه 51/77  محاسبه گردید. هم چنین پایایی درونی سؤال ها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ (0.82=α) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، آزمون های آماری آنالیز واریانس مکرر و تی مستقل توسط نرم افزار SPSS20 به کار گرفته شدند.
یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که مسئولیت قانونی با میانگین 97/5 ± 68/27 به عنوان مهم ترین مسئولیت شناخته شد، و پس از آن به ترتیب مسئولیت های اخلاقی، اقتصادی و بشردوستانه در رده های بعدی قرار گرفتند. هم چنین نتایج نشان دادند که از نظر متغیرهای جنسیت و سطح تحصیلات دانشجویان هیچ تفاوت معناداری بین میانگین چهار مؤلفه مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی شرکت های ورزشی وجود نداشت.

بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته ها می توان  چنین نتیجه گرفت که دانشجویان ایرانی از بین چهار مؤلفه هرم کارول، مسئولیت قانونی و سپس مسئولیت اخلاقی را مهم ترین مسئولیت شرکت های ورزشی می دانند؛ بنابراین می توان این پیش فرض را پذیرفت که مسئولیت پذیری شرکت ها در سایه پذیرش قانون و اجرای قانون معنی و مفهوم خود را پیدا می نماید.

The Comparison Social Responsibility Components of Sport Companies’ Point View Of Physical Education Students

Background & purpose: Social responsibility is defined as company's commitment to benefit to society. The purpose of this study was identification and Comparison Social Responsibility Components of Sport companies’ point of view Physical Education Students.
Methodology: The research method was survey. This study Population were all physical education students in faculties of public universities that 353 of them were chosen as the sample with based on Morgan's table. Data collection procedure was using the questionnaire used by Smith et al (2001), which was frequently used for different studies abroad. Face and Content-related validity of this questionnaire were confirmed by experts and its validity was examined by confirmatory factor analysis with the 77.51 percent and internal reliability was approved by Cronbach's alpha (α=0.82). Repeated measures ANOVA and t-test used for data analysis by SPSS20 software.
Results: The results showed that Legal responsibility was identified as the most important Social responsibility (27.68±5.97) and then the ethical responsibility, followed by economic and philanthropic responsibility. Also, result showed that based on variables such as gender, educational level, and employment status, there are no significant differences between the means of sport companies’ social responsibility.
Discussion: Iranian students believe that legal responsibility is most important corporate responsibility. Therefore, the premise is accepted that companies’ social responsibility can do by accepting the law and ethical responsibility in the society.
