Abstract

Abstract:

Background&Purpose: The purpose of the current study is to identify the factors affecting on the future of equestrian sport.
Methodology: The population of the study in qualitative phase were sport elites and those who were familiar with equestrian. In qualitative phase, a semi structured interview was with 26 administered to those individuals who were aware of the topic. Snowball sampling procedure was followed in this phase. In quantitative phase, 258 participants were randomly selected following convenience sampling. Instrumentation includes researcher-made questionnaire which was developed in qualitative phase. Face and content validity of the questionnaire were checked by a panel of experts and exploratory factor analysis, respectively (0/81). Cronbach's alpha reliability of the questionnaire was reported to be (0/94). Exploratory factor analysis was run via SPSS25 for data analysis.
Results: The findings demonstrated that out of 37 procedures which were given to the population in four forms of managerial, social and cultural, economic, technology and science, 9 procedures were identified.
Conclusion: Creating a unitary system in horse industry organizations and equitation, heeding to the race of original horses and local horses tourism plus can affect the future of horse industry and equestrian.
