Data analysis was performed in the qualitative part using grounded theory method and in the quantitative part was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods with the help of SPSS software version 25 and LISREL version 8.8. Interpretive structural equation modeling (ISM) was used to test the model and identify the relationships between variables, and the Strauss-Corbin paradigm analysis approach was used to develop the final model.
