Thematic analysis of empowering of labor girls process through physical activity

Abstract

Introduction:The basic problem of the current research is how to empower labor girls through physical activity. In this research, 26 English and Persian articles were reviewed by using a system of related conceptual/theoretical structures, including of women's empowerment theory of Lange and Huis' and the concepts of empowerment, political empowerment, social empowerment and economic empowerment, and a systematic review method. The research results included 81 concepts that were classified into 16 categories. The obtained categories were re-examined, organized and categorized by using the comparison technique and were categorized into three main themes; So that the categories of theoretical-cognitive training, improving women's skills, practical training of dynamic sports, critical training, planning training, strengthening psychological characteristics, physical empowerment training, Excursion and travel were included under the theme of "personal empowerment", The categories of improving the status of women in the family, sharing experience and knowledge, sports membership and participation, participation and social responsibility were included under the theme of "interactive empowerment" and the categories of creating a sense of security, social changes, economic changes and cultural changes were included under the theme of " "Structural Empowerment". The results of the research show that empowerment of working girls through physical activity is not just an individual matter, but also a social and structural matter and includes different micro, middle and macro levels.
