Abstract
Background and purpose: Nowadays, the use of sports information network and information technology is necessary to promote learning and improve executive processes in large sports organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to provide a model of the effects of using information technology on the dimensions of the learning organization in the National Olympic Committee. Methodology: In terms of purpose, this research is in the category of fundamental-developmental researches, and in terms of subject and nature, it is an exploratory qualitative research approach, and in it, foundational data theory (systematic approach) has been used. The statistical population was people who had work or scientific experience in the field of the studied subject in 1400. The statistical sample included 15 academic elites, policy-making elites, and rank-and-file elites. The method of data collection was semi-structured interview and data analysis was done using coding in three stages (open, central and selective) by MAXQDA software. Results: leading to the presentation of a paradigmatic framework with 99 categories, 22 core categories and 6 main factors, in the form of 6 dimensions including causal conditions (6 categories), main phenomenon (model of the effects of benefiting from information technology), strategies (3 categories), background characteristics (7 categories), intervening conditions (2 categories) and outcome (4 categories). Conclusion: Presenting the model of the effects of benefiting from information technology while helping the National Olympic Committee and sports organizations in the field of understanding the nature of information technology, provides the possibility of providing feedback and appropriate data for macro policies in the organizational field.
