Introduction: The research sought to review research evidences of special skill in which people who performed mass exercises at one distance to the target making a distinguished performance than the other distances. Those findings reported the emergence of special skills involved in this research review. The purpose of this study is to integrate the findings of these research, to criticize them for the creation of newer research questions and improving their quality. Material and methods: thirteen from 355 researches was finally selected from science direct, pubmed, google scholar, Ebsco databases with a regular and structured method for final criticism and exploration. The common used phrase were special skill, generalized motor program, schema theory and especial skills. The quality of the research methods has been evaluated and reported by Down and Black scale. Conclusion: Analysis of the articles showed that most researches findings support special skills in standard distances from the target where the mass practice has been done; but there are some findings have been reported that unlike special skills in favor of generalization of the generalized motor program principles Future research in this field requires appraising of the research method, sample size, deliberate planning of mass practice, and control of confounding factors. Each of the issues of these articles has been criticized in separate sections and it provided research suggestions for future research on the special skills.
