The purpose of this study is to provide a suitable and fitted model of entrepreneurship and preparation for physical education graduates. The research method was mixed. Qualitative research 17 experts, including entrepreneurs, professors, consultants and entrepreneurship and employment mentors in sport, participated in the research by judgmental and snowball sampling method and were coded in three stages (open, selective, thematic). In the quantitative section, 153 researcher-made questionnaires were completed and answered between different field of physical education graduates.
(81 Masters and 72 Phd). Sampling was done by random-stratified method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. In the qualitative part, its validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha test (0.93) and in the quantitative part, its validity and reliability were determined using an analytical factor. It was used to analyze the data from modeling of variance-based structural equations and PLS software version 3. The questionnaire consisted of 12 factors, 35 dimensions and 121 items. Agents; entrepreneurship in higher education sports sciences, the power of the national entrepreneurship system, entrepreneurship in sports, individual characteristics, entrepreneurship, environmental friendliness, general entrepreneurial competencies, specialized entrepreneurial competencies, entrepreneurial professional competencies, special entrepreneurial entrepreneurship, individual functions. The results showed that the final model has a good fit (GOF = 0.644). Based on the results of research at the macro level by reforming the capacity structure of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and sports employment of the country, with the correct policy in employment empowerment and entrepreneurship, strengthening the competence of entrepreneurship and creating integration among different organs in order to activate the maximum existing capacities, It is possible to develop entrepreneurship and employment in sports and provide the necessary preparation for successful entry into the business world for graduates of physical education and sports sciences.
