ارتباط رضایتمندی و ناکامی از نیازهای روانشناختی اساسی، انگیزش خودمختاری، پیامدهای خلقی و تمایلات رفتاری در محیط آموزشی ورزش نوجوانان؛ ارائه مدل بر اساس نظریه نیازهای روانشناختی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف پژوهش: امروزه فواید روانشناختی مرتبط با شرکت در فعالیت های بدنی منظم شامل بهبود عمومی عزت نفس، خلق و خوی و بهزیستی روانشناختی کودکان و نوجوانان به خوبی آشکار شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط بین رضایتمندی و ناکامی از نیازهای روانشناختی اساسی، انگیزش خودمختار و پیامدهای خلقی(خلق مثبت و منفی) و تمایلات رفتاری (کاهش ارزشمندی ورزش، میل به ادامه ورزش) در محیط آموزشی ورزش نوجوانان، بر اساس نظریة نیازهای روانشناختی اساسی بود.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی می باشد. شرکت کنندگان شامل 500 نوجوانان (250 پسر و 250 دختر) با دامنه سنی 17-12 سال، شرکت کننده در کلاسهای آموزشی ورزشی تابستانی در شهر تبریز بودند که به صورت نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند و پرسش نامه های رضایتمندی و ناکامی از نیازهای روانشناختی اساسی، تنظیم های رفتاری در ورزش، خلق مثبت و منفی، تحلیل رفتگی ورزشی و میل به ادامه ورزش را تکمیل کردند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر نشان داد رضایتمندی از نیازها به طور مثبت و ناکامی از نیازها به طور منفی، انگیزش خودمختاری را پیش بینی می کنند و انگیزش خودمختاری نیز به نوبة خود، به طور مثبت پیش بین کنندة پیامدهای مثبت (خلق مثبت و میل به ادامة ورزش) و به طور منفی پیش بین کنندة پیامدهای منفی (خلق منفی و کاهش ارزشمندی ورزش) می باشد. علاوه بر این، ناکامی از نیازها پیش بین کنندة قوی تر پیامدهای منفی و رضایتمندی از نیازها پیش بین کنندة قوی تر پیامدهای مثبت می باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته ها با تأیید کاربرد نظریة نیازهای روانشناختی در محیط آموزشی ورزش نوجوانان، بیانگر آن است که نیازهای روانشناختی اساسی متغیرهای تأثیرگذار در انگیزش، حالات خلقی و تمایلات رفتاری نوجوانان در محیط آموزشی ورزش می باشد.
