بررسی عوامل سازمانی موثر در نهادینه کردن ورزش همگانی در ایران

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: با گسترش تکنولوژی و صنعتی شدن جوامع، سبک زندگی فعال افراد به سبک زندگی بی تحرک تغییر پیدا کرده است. این بی تحرکی عوارض و پیامدهای منفی بسیاری دارد. ورزش همگانی، شکلی از «فعالیت بدنی» یا حضور منظم در فعالیت بدنی است که می تواند باعث کاهش این بی تحرکی و عوارض ناشی از آن شود. بنابراین، هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی عوامل موثر در نهادینه کردن ورزش همگانی در ایران بود. نهادینه کردن عبارت است از فراهم آوردن زمینه ها و شرایطی که موجب ثبات، پایداری و فراگیر شدن رفتارهای مطلوب شود.
روش شناسی: روش انجام تحقیق، کیفی و از نوع اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه افراد متخصص در زمینه ورزش همگانی و نهادینه کردن ورزش تشکیل می­دهند. نمونه­ها از طریق روش نمونه­گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند و با 15 نفر از نمونه­ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری مصاحبه شد. روایی مصاحبه­ها از طریق بررسی شکل و محتوای سوالات و پایایی ابزار تحقیق از طریق روش باز آزمون محاسبه گردید و ضریب پایایی مصاحبه ها 83 درصد بدست آمد.
یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهدکه چهار عامل فردی، گروهی، سازمانی و محیطی در نهادینه کردن ورزش همگانی در ایران موثر هستند. در مورد عوامل سازمانی، نتایج نشان می دهد اهداف و راهبردهای ورزش همگانی، زیرساخت ها و امکانات ورزشی، سیستم پاداش و تشویق، واحد تحقیق و توسعه، منابع انسانی، بودجه، قوانین و مقررات، آموزش و ویژگی­های ورزش همگانی در نهادینه کردن ورزش همگانی در ایران موثر هستند.
