بررسی ارتباط بین احساس شایستگی و مؤلفه‌های تعهد سازمانی معلمان تربیت بدنی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: عصر نوین مدیریت، نیروی انسانی را از سرمایه‌های اصلی سازمان می‌داند، بر این اساس شناخت و آگاهی از رفتارهای سازمانی و تأکید بر امور انسانی در سازمان‌های ورزشی، به منظور افزایش سطح کارایی و اثر بخشی سازمان­ها ضروری به نظر می رسد. بر بر این اساس هدف این پژوهش، بررسی ارتباط بین احساس شایستگی و مؤلفه‌های تعهد سازمانی (تعهد عاطفی، تعهد هنجاری، تعهد مستمر)  معلمان تربیت بدنی بوده است.
روش شناسی:  این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی ‌پیمایشی است و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به شکل میدانی انجام شد. جامعه‌ی آماری این تحقیق را معلمان تربیت بدنی زن و مرد شاغل در مدارس استان خراسان شمالی تشکیل داده‌اند که برابر با 607 نفر بودند. تعداد افراد پاسخ‌دهنده به پرسشنامه، با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 230 نفر مشخص شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل سه پرسشنامه‌ی اطلاعات فردی، پرسشنامه‌ی احساس شایستگی اسپریتزر و پرسشنامه‌ی تعهد سازمانی آلن و می‌یر بود که پایایی آن‌ها برای پرسشنامه‌ی احساس شایستگی78/0 و تعهد سازمانی87/0 با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون کالموگراف اسمیرنف برای طبیعی بودن داده‌ها استفاده شد و از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و آزمون یومن ویتنی برای آزمون فرض‌های تحقیق استفاده شده است. (p ≤ 0/05)
یافته ها : در این تحقیق مشخص شد که: الف) بین احساس شایستگی و تعهد سازمانی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان خراسان شمالی رابطه‌ی معناداری وجود دارد ب) بین احساس شایستگی با تعهد عاطفی و تعهد هنجاری معلمان تربیت بدنی رابطه‌ی معنا‌داری وجود دارد اما بین احساس شایستگی با تعهد مستمر رابطه‌ای یافت نشد ج) بین احساس شایستگی  معلمان با نوع ورود به آموزش و پرورش تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد.

بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به محرز شدن رابطه بین احساس شایستگی و تعهد سازمانی در بین جامعه‌ی معلمان تربیت بدنی می­توان پذیرفت که تلاش برای بهبود احساس شایستگی معلمان می‌تواند استراتژی ارزشمندی برای بهبود تعهد سازمانی باشد. بر این اساس می­توان گفت با تقویت احساس شایستگی در محیط کاری میل به پذیرش و تعهد نسبت به اهداف و ارزش‌ها افزایش پیدا می­کند.

Abstract:
The main purpose of this paper is An Investigation of the Relationship between The sense of competence of Physical education Teachers of Northern Khorasan Province and their organizational commitment components. This research was a descriptive and survey. The population included 607 physical education teachers working in northern khorasan province schools .The respondent sample answering to the questionnaire was determined using the Morgan table (230) Spritzer’s questionnaires and Allen and Meyer’s organizational commitment were used for the purpose of data gathering. Their reliability were obtained using cronbach's alpha (Competence = 0.78 and organizational commitment =0.87) Analysis of survey data using statistical methods (Man – Whitney U and spearman correlation) was performed (p ≤ 0/05) the results showed a significant positive relationship between employees’ Competence and their organizational commitment. Also a sense of competence, correlated positively and significantly with the affective commitment and normative commitment. On the contrary, no correlation was seen with the continuance commitment. There is no significant difference between senses of competence teachers in Type of entry in education. Based on the results of this research we can conclude that sense of competence of physical education teachers to enhance their organizational commitment seems inevitable
