مقایسة سیر تکاملی تمرین ووشو کاران سطوح مختلف رقابتی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش‌ها در مورد فراگیری مهارت ورزشی، نقش حیاتی تمرین را در حرفه‌ای‌شدن پررنگ کرده‌است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاریخچةتمرینی ووشو کاران سطوح مختلف رقابتی بوده‌است.
روش‌شناسی: در این تحقیق 50 مدال‌آور ووشو (30مدال‌آور در سطح کشوری و 20 مدال‌آور در سطح استانی) به صورت دردسترس و هدفمند انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از پرسشنامه پیشینه تکامل ورزشی ورزشکاران هوپ‌وود (2013)، سن شروع و میزان تمرینات ووشو، تمرینات سایر ورزشها، تمرینات آمادگی جسمانی و آمادگی ذهنی و روانی ووشوکاران و میزان حمایت اجتماعی ثبت شد. داده‌های بدست آمده با آزمون تی مستقل، آزمون کوواریانس و ضریب فی تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که تنها تفاوت مدال‌آوران استانی و کشوری در میزان تمرین سنجیده، میزان بازی سنجیده، تمرین بدنسازی و تمرین مهارتهای روانی از سن 16 سال به بالا بوده است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق به نظر می‌رسد که لازم نیست در سنین کودکی به بازی و تمرین سنجیده ورزش-هایی (ورزش ووشو) که در آنها اوج عملکرد ورزشی دیر است پرداخت.
