نیازسنجی آموزشی معلمان تربیت بدنی- استان مازندران

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: پایه و اساس برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی آموزشی، نیازسنجی است. پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف نیازسنجی آموزشی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان مازندران انجام شد.
روش شناسی: در این پژوهش از روش آمیخته کیفی و کمّی استفاده شد. در بخش کیفی نمونه‌ای هدفمند متشکل از 20 نفر متخصصان به عنوان مطلعین کلیدی انتخاب شدند. بر مبنای یافته‌های حاصل از مرحلة کیفی، پرسشنامه 47 گویه ای طراحی شد و بعد از بررسی روایی و پایایی آن (آلفای کرونباخ 983/0)، نهایتاً بر روی نمونه‌ای متشکل از 228 نفر از معلمان تربیت‌بدنی مدارس استان مازندران اجرا شد
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها در بخش کیفی پژوهش نشان می‌دهد معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان مازندران در حیطه‌های مرتبط با 1. مدیریت و رهبری؛ 2. یاددهی و یادگیری؛ 3. شایستگی‌های تخصصی 4. اخلاق و حقوق و 5. فناوری و پژوهش، نیاز به آموزش دارند. همچنین از نظر معلمان شرکت کننده در تحقیق وجود نیاز آموزشی در تمامی حیطه ها و اولویت نیازها نیز به ترتیب فوق در سطح (0.05=p) معنادار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان مازندران، در حیطه‌های مورد بررسی نیاز آموزشی دارند و می توان گفت معلمان آموزش متناسب دریافت نمی‌کنند و یا آموزش دریافت شده آنان، کافی نیست.
