امروزه سازمانها برای موفقیت خود ناگزیر به پیادهسازی اصول ساختاری منسجم و توسعه سلامت و دانش میباشند. ازاینرو پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تدوین مدل سیستم مدیریت سایبرنتیک، سلامت سازمانی و یادگیری در فدراسیونهای ورزشی ایران تدوین گردیده است. روش تحقیق همبستگی بوده و به شکل میدانی صورت گرفته است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه کارکنان فدراسیونهای ورزشی ایران میباشند. روش نمونهگیری در این تحقیق با توجه به حجم جامعه طبقهای تصادفی انتخاب گردید (234 N=). بر این اساس 15 فدراسیون بهطور تصادفی انتخاب گردید. در ادامه با توجه به ابزار تحقیق از روش نمونهگیری کل شمار برای یافتن حجم نمونه در فدراسیونهای مذبور استفاده گردید که 192 پرسشنامه درنهایت دریافت گردید. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه مدیریت سایبرنتیک(89/0α =) و فرایند و فرهنگ یادگیری قربانی زاده (1389) (92/0α =) و پرسشنامه سلامت سازمانی لایدن و کلینگل (91/0α =) استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت سایبرنتیک دارای اثر مستقیم بر سلامت سازمانی و فرایند یادگیری و اثر غیر مستقیم بر فرهنگ سازمانی دارد. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده لزوم توجه ویژه به اخلاقیات، توسعه و آموزش فناوریهای نوین، ایجاد جریان اطلاعات و رهبری راهگشا در جهت ارتقاء بهرهوری مضاعف سازمانهای ورزشی امری مهم در رسیدن به اهداف و استراتژیهای سازمان میباشد.
