ارتباط بین ویژگی های شخصیتی با سبک های مدیریت حل تعارض دبیران تربیت بدنی

چکیده

وجود تعارض در سازمان‌های امروزی امری شایع است که نیازمند برخورداری از مهارت انسانی بهینه جهت مدیریت کارای تعارض می‌باشد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر ارتباط بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی و سبک‌های مدیریت حل تعارض می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دبیران تربیت‌‌‌‌بدنی منطقه سه شیراز می‌باشد (225N=) که از بین آنها تعداد 138 n=نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند . ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های فردی و پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های شخصیتی نئو (1992) و پرسشنامه مدیریت تعارض پوتنام و ویلسون (1987) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها پس از اطمینان از توزیع طبیعی داده‌ها (K-S)، (05/0
