مقدمه و هدف: تحلیل رفتگی بعنوان عاملی دخیل در اُفت عملکرد و سلامت روانشناختی ورزشکاران محسوب می شود که در شکل گیری آن ممکن است ویژگی های روان شناختی متعددی نقش داشته باشند. برای شناخت سازوکارهای شکل گیری تحلیل رفتگی، پژوهش حاضر ارتباط کمال گرایی مثبت و منفی با تحلیل رفتگی ورزشکاران هنرهای رزمی را بررسی کرده است. روش شناسی: در این مطالعه مقطعی-همبستگی، 107 رزمی کار (58 مرد و 49 زن، میانگین سن 24 سال)، مقیاس کمال گرایی مثبت و منفی و پرسشنامه تحلیل رفتگی ورزشکار را تکمیل کردند و داده های حاصله با بکارگیری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل رگرسیون چندمتغیره در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: سطوح کمال گرایی مثبت و منفی شرکت کنندگان به ترتیب در حد بالا و متوسط و سطوح تحلیل رفتگی در حد متوسط به پایین قرار داشت. ابعاد و سطح کلی تحلیل رفتگی با کمال گرایی مثبت به صورت منفی و با کمال گرایی منفی به صورت مثبت در ارتباط معنادار بودند. کمال گرایی مثبت و منفی به ترتیب 27/6، 16/4، 11/4 و 23/5 درصد از تغییرات کاهش احساس پیشرفت، واماندگی جسمی/هیجانی، ناارزنده سازی و سطح کلی تحلیل رفتگی را بطور معنادار تبیین کردند. نتیجه گیری: کمال گرایی مثبت و منفی با قابلیت همسان و بطور متمایز، اثرات کاهنده و افزاینده ای بر تحلیل رفتگی ورزشکاران هنرهای رزمی دارند.
