اعتباریابی نسخة فارسی مقیاس خودکارآمدی مربیگری-2

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخة فارسی مقیاس‌ خودکارآمدی مربیگری-2 بود. به این منظور، 250 مربی مرد و زن در سه سطح مهارتی و در 10 رشتة ورزشی (تیمی و انفرادی) به صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و نسخة فارسی مقیاس‌ خودکارآمدی مربیگری-2 را تکمیل کردند. از روش باز ترجمه به منظور بررسی صحت ترجمه استفاده شد. جهت تعیین روایی سازۀ از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و جهت بررسی همسانی درونی مقیاس‌، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و جهت بررسی پایایی زمانی از ضریب همبستگی درون طبقه‎ای استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان‌دهندۀ برازش مطلوب مدل مقیاس‌ خودکارآمدی مربیگری-2 بود. به طوری که شاخص‌های برازندگی (RMSEA، 055/0؛ CFI، 95/0 و TLI، 94/0)، همسانی درونی (انگیزش 85/0، راهبردهای بازی 85/0، تکنیک‌های آموزشی 85/0، پرورش شخصیت 85/0، وضعیت جسمانی 86/0 و کل مقیاس 86/0) و پایایی زمانی (انگیزش 81/0، راهبردهای بازی 79/0، تکنیک‌های آموزشی 79/0، پرورش شخصیت 83/0، وضعیت جسمانی 78/0 و کل مقیاس 79/0) بیانگر روایی و پایایی مطلوب نسخة فارسی مقیاس‌ خودکارآمدی مربیگری-2 می‌باشد. یافته‎های پژوهش حاضر نشان می‎دهد که نسخة فارسی مقیاس‌ خودکارآمدی مربیگری-2 از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است. بنابراین نسخة فارسی مقیاس‌ خودکارآمدی مربیگری-2 می‎تواند به عنوان یک ابزار مناسب جهت مطالعه و ارزیابی خودکارآمدی مربیان ایرانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
