اثر شدت های خفیف و متوسط تمرین مقاومتی حاد بر انعطاف پذیری شناختی سالمندان بالای 60 سال

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی حاد با شدت‌های خفیف و متوسط بر انعطاف پذیری شناختی سالمندان بالای 60 سال بود.
روش شناسی: 40 سالمند سالم بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در یک گروه تجربی (20n=) و کنترل (20n=) طبقه‌بندی شدند. انعطاف پذیری شناختی توسط وظیفه more-odd طی سه مرحله قبل، 15 دقیقه و 180 دقیقه بعد از برنامه تمرینی قدرتی با شدت‌های خفیف (40RM%10) و متوسط (70% RM10) ارزیابی شد. داده ها توسط آزمون آماری آنالیز کوواریانس اندازه های تکراری در سطح معنی داری 05/0 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تمرین قدرتی (شدت متوسط و خفیف) حاد تأثیر معنی‌داری بر روی زمان پاسخ، صحت پاسخ و شاخص جابجایی در آزمون وظیفه more-odd در سالمندان دارد. علاوه بر این نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که جنسیت و شدت تمرین اثربخشی تمرین مقاومتی (شدت متوسط و خفیف) بر انعطاف پذیری شناختی را تحت تاثیر قرار نمی دهد، درحالی‌که زمان اجرای وظیفه more-odd بعد از تمرین مقاومتی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر نتایج آزمون دارد.
نتیجه گیری: یک جلسه تمرین مقاومتی حاد با شدت های متوسط و خفیف هر دو باعث بهبود انعطاف پذیری شناختی سالمندان می شود.بنابراین توصیه می شود که جهت بهبود انعطاف پذیری شناختی سالمندان و پیشگیری از کاهش عملکرد شناختی آنها از این تمرینات استفاده شود.
