رابطه ادراک تصویر بدنی با میزان آمادگی بدنی ادراک شده در دختران ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین آمادگی بدنی ادراک شده و ادراک تصویر بدنی در دختران ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار انجام شد. روش شناسی: دو گروه ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار (هر گروه100 نفر) به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی (دامنه سنی30 تا20 سال) به عنوان آزمودنی های این پژوهش انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان پرسش‌نامه های اطلاعات شخصی، آمادگی بدنی ادراک شدة آبادی (با چهار خرده مقیاسِ استقامت، قدرت و انعطاف پذیری عضلات و ترکیب بدنی) و پرسشنامة تصویر بدنی ادراک شده را تکمیل کردند. یافته‌ها: یافته های ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که مؤلفة ترکیب بدنی و شاخص تودة بدن ارتباط معناداری با ادراک تصویر بدنی در هر دو گروه داشت. اما ادراک تصویر بدنی با آمادگی بدنی ادراک شده در دو گروه ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار ارتباط معنی داری نداشت. همچنین ادراک تصویر بدنی با ادراکِ سه مؤلفة فیزیولوژیکیِ استقامت، قدرت و انعطاف پذیری عضلات ارتباط معناداری نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج بیان می کند که ادراک تصویر بدنی نمی تواند ادراک این سه مؤلفة فیزیولوژیکی را پیش بینی کند. بنابراین جهت افزایش انگیزه افراد برای بهبود استقامت، قدرت و انعطاف پذیری عضلات، متغیر ادراک تصویر بدنی عامل اثر گذاری نمی باشد.
