الویت‌بندی عناصر اثرگذار در هم‌افزایی مدیریتی فدراسیون‌های ورزشی با رویکرد توسعه ورزش

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هم‌افزایی، راهبردی خردمندانه در جهت به‌کارگیری مؤثر منابع و امکانات است که دستیابی مدیران را به اهداف سازمانی تسریع و تسهیل می‌کند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، الویت‌بندی عناصر اثرگذار در هم‌افزایی مدیریتی فدراسیون‌های ورزشی با رویکرد توسعه ورزش می‌باشد.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 50 نفر از مدیران فدراسیون‌های ورزشی که به‌عنوان نمونه آماری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی سنجش پژوهش پرسش‌نامه پژوهش‌گر‌ساخته هم‌افزایی ‌بر اساس مطالعات باتمان (2002) در خصوص هم‌افزایی تیمی و مطالعات لاک و کرافورد (2000) و سونگ (2008) در رابطه با توسعه سازمانی که روایی صوری و محتوایی با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و مدیران و اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییـدی و پایـایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (93/0) تعیـین گردیـد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری و تکنیک‌های آماری نشان ‌داد که تعامل و همکاری با ضریب مسیر (81/0)، مشارکت (76/0)، شبکه (76/0)، اعتماد (75/0)، شناخت (73/0) و تسهیل‌گری (71/0) به‌ترتیب تأثیر مثبت، مستقیم، معنادار و نقش بسیار مؤثری در توسعه فدراسیون‌های ورزشی دارند.
نتیجه‌گیری: چهار ستون‌ اصلی توسعه فدراسیون‌های ورزشی شامل راهبردهای تدوین‌شده، استفاده مؤثر از فناوری‌های نوین، مهندسی مجدد ساختار تشکیلاتی با هدف چابک‌سازی فدراسیون و در نهایت اصلاح فرهنگ و هنجارهای موجود با هدف توازن میان راهبردها و نگرش جامعه ورزشی، با هم‌افزایی مدیریتی، قابل حصول‌تر، کم‌هزینه‌تر و سریع‌تر خواهد شد.
