چالش های پیش روی برنامه ها و راهکارهای عملیاتی سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش در بخش تربیت بدنی و ورزش مدارس

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: در مسیر اجرای برنامه های عملیاتی هر سند راهبردی موانعی وجود دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی چالش های پیش روی برنامه ها و راهکارهای عملیاتی سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش در بخش تربیت بدنی و ورزش مدارس بود.
روش شناسی : روش تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی و جامعه آماری شامل 1400نفر از کارکنان حوزه تربیت بدنی آموزش وپرورش استان کرمان بودند. از جامعه یاد شده 302 نفر با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای و براساس جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. ابزار تجقیق برگرفته از پرسشنامه رعیت (1392)بود که روایی آن مورد بررسی وتایید قرار گرفت همچنین پایایی آن با روش آلفای کرونباخ87/0محاسبه گردید. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از آزمون های آماری تی تک نمونه ای،آنالیز واریانس مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی با نرم افزار «اس.پی.اس.اس» استفاده شد.
یافته ها : یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که از بین 5 عامل تخصص معلمان، انگیزه معلمان، تجهیزات وامکانات ورزشی، منابع مالی و برنامه های اجرایی، منابع مالی مهم ترین چالش های پیش روی برنامه ها و راهکارهای عملیاتی شناسایی شده بودند.
بحث ونتیجه گیری :با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، سند تحول بنیادین در مسیر اجرای برنامه ها و راهکارهای عملیاتی نبازمند پیش بینی های لازم جهت تعدیل یا مرتفع ساختن این چالش ها دارد .
