ارتباط جامعه‌پذیری سازمانی با رضایت شغلی کارکنان اداره کل تربیت بدنی استان خراسان رضوی در سال 1389

چکیده

چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط جامعه­پذیری سازمانی با رضایت شغلی کارکنان اداره کل تربیت بدنی استان خراسان رضوی بود.
روشناسی: جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را کارکنان اداره کل تربیت­بدنی استان خراسان رضوی (75=N) تشکیل می­دادند و نمونۀ آماری برابر با حجم جامعه در نظر گرفته شد. برای جمع­آوری داده­ها از دو پرسش‌نامۀ استاندارد بر گرفته از مدل جامعه‌پذیری جونز و رضایت شغلی استفاده گردید. اعتبار هر دو پرسش‌نامه با بهره­گیری از نظرات اصلاحی اساتید مدیریت و برنامه­ریزی رشتۀ تربیت­بدنی به دست آمد. پایایی درونی پرسش‌نامه­‌های جامعه­پذیری سازمانی و رضایت شغلی با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 79/0 و 81/0 تعیین گردید. روش تحقیق با توجّه به نوع مطالعه، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است که به صورت میدانی اجرا شده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از شاخص­‌های توصیفی و آزمون‌های آماری کلموگروف اسمیرونف، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتیجۀ آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرونف نرمال بودن داده­ها را اثبات کرد.

یافته و نتیجه: آزمون همبستگی نشان می­دهد که بین جامعه­پذیری سازمانی و رضایت شغلی رابطۀ مثبت و معنا­داری (01/0≥P، 548/0=r) وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که دو روش ثابت و جمعی جامعه­پذیری سازمانی، قدرت بیشتری برای پیش­بینی رضایت شغلی دارند.
