تأثیر خرده نظام‌های محیطی بر ساختار وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده

هدف: همه سازمان‌ها در تعامل با محیط، به زندگی خود ادامه می‌دهند و بقاء سازمان نیز در گرو شناخت کارکرد این محیط‌هاست. بنابراین، هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین چگونگی تأثیر کارکردهای خرده نظام‌های محیط بیرونی سازمان (اقتصادی،سیاسی،اجتماعی و فرهنگی)، بر ساختار وزارت ورزش و جوانان است. روش‌شناسی: روش انجام این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی بود و جامعه آماری آن را همه مدیران ارشد و تصمیم‌گیرندگان اصلی وزارت ورزش و جوانان (53 نفر) تشکیل می دادند که همه به عنوان نمونه‌ تمام ‌شمار درتحقیق شرکت کردند. از یک پرسشنامة استاندارد و یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برای جمع‌آوری داده ها استفاده‌‌‌شد. روایی پرسشنامه به تأیید ده نفر از متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی، مدیریت و جامعه‌شناسی رسید. داده‌ها بااستفاده از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس نسخه‌20 و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاریPLS نسخه دوم آنالیز شدند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان‌داد از دیدگاه مدیران وزارت ورزش و جوانان خرده نظام فرهنگی (66/0 = ، B، 58/2= t) و اقتصادی (32/0 = B، 97/1= t) مهم‌ترین خرده‌نظام‌های محیطی تأثیرگذار بر ساختار سازمانی است که اثر مستقیم و معنی‌داری نیز داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: در نتیجه با قوت بخشیدن کارکرد مربوط به خرده‌نظام فرهنگی، با استفاده از بسترسازی برای همکاری کارکنان همانند اعضای یک تیم در کنار مدیران و شفاف‌سازی اهداف و اطلاعات و رسالت‌ها، می‌توان فواید ساختار ادهوکراسی (انعطاف و تطبیق محیطی خوب وتخصص‌های مناسب) را با حذف نقاط ضعف آن (مرز غیر شفاف و جریان‌های سیاسی مضر)، بیشتر نمود.
