رابطه فرهنگ مشارکت وثبات با رسمیت و انسجام سازمانی اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان گلستان

مقدمه و هدف: فرهنگ سازمان، شخصیت سازمان محسوب می شود و از این رو می‌تواند بر همه ابعاد سازمان مانند ساختار سازمانی اثرگذار باشد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه فرهنگ مشارکت وثبات با رسمیت وانسجام سازمانی اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان گلستان بود.
روش‌شناسی: تمامی کارکنان اداره کل و روسای ادارات تربیت بدنی شهرستان های استان گلستان به عنوان نمونه آماری قرار گرفتند (90 نفر) که 82 نفر از آنها به دو پرسشنامه‌ ساختار سازمانی رابینز وهچ ( دوبعدرسمیت و انسجام )، و فرهنگ‌سازمانی ساشکین (بعدمشارکت وثبات) پاسخ دادند. روایی پرسشنامه توسط9 متخصص مدیریت ورزشی تایید و پایایی آنها به روش آلفا کرونباخ  به ترتیب 84/0 و 95/0 به دست آمد. ضمنااز آزمون های کولموگراف اسمیرنوف و ضریب همبستگی پسرسون برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.
یافته ها : تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین  فرهنگ مشارکت با رسمیت (60/0  r=) و انسجام (72/0  r=) و فرهنگ پایداری با رسمیت  (55/0r=) و انسجام (62/0r=) رابطه معنی دار، بالا و مثبتی وجود دارد (5%≥P).
نتیجه­گیری :بنابراین می توان بیان کرد که مشارکت کارکنان وثبات سازمانی سبب افزایش انسجام سازمانی و رسمیت شده است.
