ارتباط هوش معنوی با انگیزه پیشرفت در عملکرد ورزشکاران رشته‌های تیمی شهر یزد

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین هوش معنوی و انگیزه پیشرفت ورزشکاران رشته‌های تیمی شهر یزد بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش کلیة ورزشکاران رشته‌های تیمی لیگ‌های شهر یزد به تعداد 23378 نفر بودند. که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 378 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی بود. ابزار اندازه‌گیری، پرسشنامه‌های هوش معنوی هیلدبرانت(2011) و انگیزه پیشرفت گیل و دیتر(1988) بود. برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که بترتیب 86/0، 90/0 گزارش شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی برای توصیف داده‌ها و آمار استنباطی( آزمون-های کولموگروف-اسمیرنف، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون همزمان) استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین هوش معنوی با انگیزه پیشرفت ورزشکاران رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد، همچنین بین تمامی مؤلفه-های هوش معنوی با انگیزه پیشرفت ورزشکاران رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد، و مؤلفه‌های تفکر انتقادی موجودی(به مقدار 265/0)، تولید معنی شخصی(به مقدار 134/0) و آگاهی(به مقدار 171/0) می‌توانند انگیزه پیشرفت ورزشکاران را پیش‌بینی کنند. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌گردد مربیان و سرپرستان تیم‌ها و ورزشکاران، از هوش معنوی به عنوان عاملی موثر در ایجاد انگیزه‌های موثر در موفقیت(انگیزش موفقیت و انگیزش قدرت) استفاده نمایند.
