شناسایی موانع توسعه صنعت ورزش ایران

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: کاهش مشارکت عمومی در بسیاری از رشته‌های ورزشی به دلیل مسائلی مانند فشارهای اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی، توسعه ورزش را تبدیل به فرآیندی برنامه‌ریزی شده و از بالا به پایین کرده است تا رشد و پایداری مشارکت ورزشی را از طریق تحت تأثیر قرار دادن کیفیت و تنوع برنامه‌های ارائه شده برای همه افراد جامعه با هر سطح ورزشی، بالا ببرد. از آنجا که رفع موانع توسعه ورزش یکی از گام‌های اصلی و آغازین تحقق آن بشمار می‌رود، هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی موانعی است که در مسیر فرآیند توسعه صنعت ورزش کشور وجود دارد.
روش‌شناسی: در این پژوهش از روش تحقیق کیفی تحلیل تم استفاده شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌ برفی و مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته با 16 نفر از نخبگان آگاه به موضوع استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس مراحل شش‌گانه تحلیل تم با رویکرد کلارک و براون (2006)، انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج حاصله، موانع توسعه ورزش در قالب 42 تم فرعی و 8 تم اصلی شامل: موانع فرهنگی، اقتصادی، سیاسی، سیستمی- انسانی، مدیریتی، زیرساختی، تکنولوژیکی و موانع رسانه‌ای استخراج و تبیین شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: دقت نظر در موانع به دست آمده گویای این مطلب است که بخشی از این موانع مانند فرهنگی، اقتصادی و سیاسی موانع زمینه‌ای هستند که بسترساز موانع دیگر محسوب می شوند. بنابراین در رفع موانع توسعه ورزش کشور باید نگاهی دقیق‌تر بر موانعی داشت که در حکم لایه‌های زیرین و تغذیه کننده موانع دیگر هستند.
