رابطه ادراک رفتار مربی، جو انگیزشی ادراک‌شده و استحکام روانی در دختران فوتبالیست نوجوان

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: استحکام روانی، انگیزشی ادراک شده و ادراک رفتار مربی، سه سازۀ روانشناختی اثرگذار بر عملکرد ورزشی در سطوح مهارتی بالا هستند که تاکنون در میان ورزشکاران دختر نوجوان بررسی نشده‌اند. بنابراین، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین ادراک رفتار مربی، جو انگیزشی ادراک‌شده و استحکام روانی در دختران فوتبالیست نوجوان بود.
روش شناسی: صد و چهل و شش فوتبالیست دختر نوجوان استان خوزستان (میانگین سنی: 04/1±9/12) و دامنه سنی 12 تا 15 سال به صورت داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. ابزار جمع‌‌آوری داده‌ها در پژوهش حاضر پرسش‌نامه استحکام روانی (SMTQ)، پرسش-نامه جو انگیزشی ادراک شده (PMCSQ) و پرسش‌نامه مقیاس رهبری در ورزش (LSS) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم‌افزار آموس نسخه 22 و در سطح معناداری 05/0≥P انجام شد.
یافته‏ها: نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری برای مدل مفروض پژوهش، حاکی از مناسب بودن شاخص‌های برازش بود. روابط بین متغیرهای رفتار حمایتی مربی با استحکام روانی و همچنین رفتار دموکراتیک مربی با جو مهارتی معنادار و بقیه روابط بین متغیرها معنادار نبودند.
بحث و نتیجه‏گیری: از دیدگاه فوتبالیست‌های نوجوان دختر، رفتارهای غیرحمایتی مربیان باعث ایجاد جو انگیزشی مهارتی در جهت اجرای تکلیف و رفتارهای حمایتی مربیان باعث مستحکم شدن آنها از لحاظ روانی می‌شود.
