موانع بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات در فرایند آموزش و پژوهش رشته تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی از دیدگاه اعضأی هیأت علمی بر اساس مدل فرایندی کاتر

قدمه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی موانع بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات در امرآموزش و پژوهش رشته تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی بر اساس مدل فرایندی «کاتر» بود.
روش­شناسی:  نمونه آماری83 نفر از مدیران ورزشی و کلیه اعضأی هیأت علمی دانشکده­های تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی که در مقطع تحصیلات تکمیلی مشغول به تدریس می­باشند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق­ساحته، میزان روایی پرسشنامه توسط متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، مدیران و اعضأی هیأت علمی رشته تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی تأیید و میزان پایایی از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 88/0 محاسبه و به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات­، از آزمون معنی­داری نسبت با ضریب اطمینان 95 درصد استفاده شده است.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد، مهمترین موانع بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات به ترتیب عبارتند از: نبود اتفاق نظر میان مدیران دانشکده­های تریبت بدنی و متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات و اعضأی هیأت علمی در زمینه کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات ، برنامه­ریزی ضعیف و نبود دید بلند مدت نسبت به تاثیرات فناوری اطلاعات در امر آموزش و پژوهش می­باشد.
نتیجه­گیری: با توجه به نتایج پیشنهاد می­گردد دانشگاه­ها با اتخاذ یک رویکرد کل­نگر و برنامه­ریزی طولانی مدت و منسجم، بر موانع توسعۀ بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات غلبه نمایند.
